Staying informed on day-to-day operations is essential for running an efficient trucking business. Within the MYSTC software environment, Activity Feeds and Alerts ensure you’re always up to date with key events and time-sensitive data—without the need to dig through individual records.

Activity Feeds

The Activity Feed delivers real-time updates in a centralized, inner-office communication stream. Located in the lower left corner of the screen, it displays a timeline of key actions—such as load creation, status changes, and document uploads—along with who made each update. This feature is accessible from any screen in the software and helps you monitor workflow as it happens. Additionally, there is an activity feed report where data can be filtered by details like driver name or load number for deeper analysis.

Alerts

The Alerts section, found via icon notifications at the top of the interface, flags important messages that require attention. These alerts help you stay on top of time-sensitive tasks, such as upcoming expirations for medical cards, driver’s licenses, and truck tags. You’ll also receive notices about fuel transactions, driver messages, and other operational updates.

By automating these reminders and streamlining visibility into key updates, MYSTC helps you save time, reduce oversight, and increase overall productivity.
