Whether you need daily, monthly or yearly reports, all the options are readily available at the click of a button. Reports can be generated using several different key data points: revenue, mileage, expenses, fuel data, and payroll are but a few examples. There are many more options to choose from depending on the desired time frame and/or the actionable information that is required.
To help you visualize your data with more ease, we have created the capability to output your reports to an illustrative format. With a variety of reporting components to choose from, you can create detailed reports in a chart, graph or diagram format. This kind of visual information can be used to accurately assess your position and business goals and gives you the necessary knowledge to make quicker, better business decisions.

An essential feature built into the MYSTC trucking software is our robust fuel tax reporting system. Given the critical nature of IFTA compliance, our tools are designed to generate highly detailed fuel tax reports, ensuring you’re well-prepared for accurate and timely filings.
General Search Report Information
The General Search Report in MYSTC provides a powerful and flexible way to review your operational data across multiple parameters. Begin by selecting the desired date type and date range to define the scope of the report. Once selected, click ‘View Report’ to generate the initial data set.
From there, use the Filter Builder tool to construct custom expressions that narrow down the results according to your specific criteria. Filters can be created using multiple columns and conditions, allowing you to target the exact information you need for analysis or decision-making. Multiple logical expressions (e.g., AND/OR conditions) can be combined to refine your search across various data points such as status, location, or type.
The Date column displayed in the results will correspond to the date type selected at the beginning of the search. This ensures consistency and clarity when reviewing time-sensitive records.
